OVERUM
Overum is owned by Kongskilde which develops methods and equipment for all types of soil cultivation, plant care, harvesting, cleaning and handling of beets, as well as wagons for transport use in agriculture and the entrepreneur sector.
The equipment is marketed in solution concepts under the global brands Kongskilde, Howard, Overum and Becker. Regionally the brands Nordsten, Juko and Becker are used. Furthermore Kongskilde represents the brand Tim Thyregod in a number of markets.
Along with the soil preparation side of the business Kongskilde are also very big in the paper and plastic industries because they supply and manufacture industrial machinery, i.e. conveying blowers, suction blowers etc.
Kongskilde was founded in 1949 by two close friends Mogens Petersen and Hans Tyndeskov in Denmark who first started off by making grain blowers. Since then Kongskilde has steadily grown and now has 6 production locations across Europe and Canada and owns 14 different companies worldwide.
